Alpha is a small and selective co-operative agency. Please be aware that we do not take forward applicants that are too similar to our existing members. We can only consider applicants who are able to spend one day per week in person in our London office. To apply please complete the form below.
Alpha Actors is especially interested in receiving applications for membership from the following:
Actors with African, Asian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern or South American heritage.
Actors aged 18+ who can play mid-teens on screen (any heritage).
Actors who are gender-diverse: transgender, gender-fluid etc. (any heritage).
Although not essential, skills that might be an advantage include playing musical instruments, speaking multiple languages, being experienced in puppetry or having a full clean driving license.
All Alpha members and all prospective members must be Equity and Spotlight members, with current headshots and a showreel. You will need membership to these organisations before applying. (Note that this is still the case, even with Spotlight’s new policy. We do not recommend applicants or new clients for Spotlight membership).

Alpha Actors undertakes to protect its members (both past and present) personal Data and Privacy, in accordance with the General Data Protection regulations.
Data Protection Laws require that the personal Data held about its members must be:
Used lawfully, fairly and in a transparent way.
Collected only for valid purposes that may include providing contact details, personal information, and Official documentation to authorised companies or individuals in the process of the Agency promoting or representing its members in the entertainment and Acting profession.
Said data is supplied relevant to the purposes of the Agency to act on behalf of its members.
Kept Secure and Confidential. we limit access to the personal data to those third parties who may have need to use such data.
Kept only for as long as necessary for the Agency to discharge its responsibilities, with regard to handling the interests of its members both current and past.
We will collect only the personal information that is needed to provide details for Contracts and or contact information for such companies that may require it in order to conduct any works in relation to the profession of acting, filming, performing that involve the membership. This Information is provided and authorised in its collection by individual members and they are aware where this information is saved and stored.
Access to the personal data is provided only to its members and is kept and stored in devices that require authorised sign in and access to this specific information is once again limited to password protected programs.
The Data the agency will hold shall include Names (inc Spouse or Partner), Addresses (postal and online), Phone numbers, Date of Birth, National Insurance Number, Passport information, Bank Account details. This information is to be only supplied to trusted sources and will be only be released to any 3rd parties, not directly connected to our day to day professional contacts, with the consent and permission of the member(s) concerned.
